Run Progress - 4/26/10
Day 115 of Project 365. My running has been progressing nicely. Today was my best run to date on the slightly less than 4 mile course that I run when at work. Last week I ran 4 days in a row. This week, I'm going to run 2 days in a row...a day of rest...then 2 days in a row. I think I'm getting close to a turning point - the under 7 minute mile. Now just to clarify, if I was running the way I used to run, I'd be in the 6 minute mile range already. But I've been training a different way and the progress is slower. However, if I want to stay injury free this is the way I have to do it.
