Push-ups - 2/16/10
Day 47 of Project 365. I do push-ups. A lot of push-ups. Good thing I found these cheap push-up stands a few years ago. They do a splendid job and really take the pressure off of the wrists. I love to use them in my kitchen since the lines in the tile floor help make sure that my hands are evenly spaced out.
I do 3 or 4 sets, just about every night.
