Work out - 1/17/10
Day 17 of Project 365. I work out a lot. One thing that makes it easy to not skip a workout is having a pull-up bar right next to the bed ;) I canceled my gym membership a few years ago and I don't miss it at all. Push ups, crunches, pull-ups and running - I've got everything I need at home. Add in the desire to do it and I've got my recipe for staying fit.
